About Piston Pin

About Piston Ring Set
We present a comprehensive range of high grade piston rings, which have etched a remarkable place in the domestic as well as overseas market. We have manufactured these piston rings from impeccable quality Grey C.I. Castings (Individual Casting), which contain the mixture of free and combined carbons and enhance the working life of these piston rings. Moreover, the extremely fine grain of these piston rings provides high tension even at elevated temperatures of high-speed engines.
In order to achieve high abrasive wear, hard chromium of these piston rings is electro-deposited on the periphery of rings. Oil control rings are plated with chromium on their fully radiused edges, which offer a wear resistance wiping surface, free of sharp corners or cutting edges, which may cause bore wear. Each iron ring of these piston rings is parco lubrized and it produces a lightly etched surface. This type of surface provides oil retaining phosphate coating, minimizes scuffing, assists running-in and affords some protection during stotage.
